GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

The General Shareholders' Meeting is the highest corporate body of the Company, INTEGRAL ENERGY PLUSis integrated by all the shareholders registered in the shareholders' registry book.

It is in charge of the most important decisions of INTEGRAL ENERGY PLUS, such as amendments to the bylaws, appointing and removing members of the Board of Directors, authorizing the transformation and merger of the company, among others.
