INTEGRAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The strength of a company's commitment to quality, health, safety and the environment (HSEQ -) is determined by the conviction of its management and the execution of its HSEQ system by all its employees. We are determined to be leaders in the HSEQ performance of our operational segments. Our integrated HSEQ management system defines the principles that drive our operations, as well as allowing us to focus on our quality of service, which is part of our philosophy and culture of operational excellence.
The management of industrial safety, environment, occupational health and quality allows us to continuously improve our processes as part of the essence of HSEQ. Then, through continuous monitoring and evaluation processes, we implement the improvement opportunities that arise in all the processes of our organization.
OUR INTEGRAL HSEQ MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS COMPOSED OF 5 ELEMENTS
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY: The organizational structure, roles and responsibilities are defined and must provide the necessary resources to achieve the HSEQ objectives of the company. Each employee is individually responsible for working in a safe, environmentally responsible manner and for assisting or ensuring that fellow employees, employees and contractors act in the same manner.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: The first element defines our commitment, leadership and accountability to quality, health, safety and the environment, both at the personal and company level. A commitment to HSEQ is expected from all employees, but it begins with senior management. Our ultimate goal is to eliminate all workplace injuries, occupational illnesses and environmental incidents and to continually improve the quality of our products and services. Senior management establishes HSEQ policies, standards and objectives, which are then communicated to the workforce. Policies include statements of HSEQ goals and objectives while standards define minimum acceptable requirements and criteria.
DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF SERVICES: Long-term success depends on our ability to continuously improve the quality of our services and products while protecting people and the environment. This commitment is in the best interests of our customers, our employees and contractors, and the communities in which we live and work. We must establish effective business processes that satisfy customers, meet social and community expectations, and maximize efficiency while minimizing losses and delivering value to stakeholders.
MEASUREMENT, ANALYSIS AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: HSEQ system audits and management reviews are conducted regularly to assess the adequacy and ongoing effectiveness of the HSEQ management system itself. Improvement action plans are developed as a result of these audits and reviews to ensure continuous improvement of the HSEQ management system. Improvement action plans are developed as a result of these audits and reviews to ensure continual improvement of the QHSE management system. Management expects all operations to be conducted in a manner that eliminates or minimizes HSEQ risk. We continually strive to monitor and measure business processes to verify that customer, company, legal and other requirements are being met. By maintaining detailed and accurate records, we will focus, measure and report on operations to benchmark our performance and ensure that we are always improving.
RISK MANAGEMENT: Risk assessment and risk management are proactive approaches to QHSE issues. Instead of focusing on incident statistics, we focus primarily on identifying hazards, assessing risks and controlling those risks and controlling those risks for incident prevention.
